People and purpose are at the heart of everything we do.
We aim to build transparent and collaborative partnerships with our clients, offering a personalized approach to every creative project. We will work closely with you to understand your specific goals and communication needs and create a tailored plan that reflects your values and objectives.
We tailor our process and strategy for each project, so you receive the best quality result. Every project is different, but here’s what our typical process looks like:
1. Listen
The most important parts of our job as creatives are to listen, to learn, and to explore. At the beginning of each project, we aim to understand everything about your business and vision. In our first meeting, we will discuss the project needs, the budget, and the timeline.
2. Define
Having a clear strategy is a key part of our approach. We take the time to understand your project’s goals, the scope of work, and the audience. We gather insights and explore ideas to find the best way to meet your objectives. This approach helps make sure your message reaches the right people in the most impactful way possible. We will summarize all of this information into a document called a “project brief.” This document will ensure we’re all aligned on the direction and purpose of the project before starting any creative work.
3. Create
We take what we’ve learned and start turning our ideas into action by exploring different options that fit the overall goals of the project. Depending on the project, this can include moodboards, storyboards, initial layouts, sketches, or wireframes. These serve as visual and verbal checkpoints before we proceed with any designs. At this step, we will also review the content and make any edits or suggestions to ensure it fits seamlessly with the design.
4. Refine and execute
Once we agree on a creative direction, we will focus on refining and implementing the project deliverables. This part of the process may involve combining ideas and adding new solutions as we go through a set number of revisions. Our goal is to create a final product that is not only visually appealing but also meets the objectives.
5. Finalize
This last step is about putting your designs into action! Once you approve the final designs, we will prepare and deliver the files in a neatly organized package. We will also provide you with any training or guidelines needed to successfully launch and manage the final product over the long term.
When you work with us, you can expect consistent communication and a clear outline of what to expect from our studio, and when. We will also clearly communicate what’s needed from you.
We aim to be as transparent as possible throughout the process.
